Exhibitor Entry Form
The Elk River Energy Expo will be held on Saturday February 27, 2010 at the Elk River High School, 900 School Street NW, Elk River, MN 55330.

The Energy Expo will be open to the public from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Exhibit booth setup will start at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 27th. Each exhibitor will be given access to electricity and a 6 foot x 3 foot table. We will provide the table, tablecloth and skirt. Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords if they need power at their table.

The cost for companies to be an exhibitor is $100. The cost for non-profit organizations is $25. Checks are payable to the City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River MN 55330

To sign up to be an exhibitor, please fill out the information below. Spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Completed entry form submissions are due by January 22, 2010.

NOTE: If you are a new exhibitor, once your entry form has been submitted a representative will call you to discuss your exhibit. After you have been contacted by phone you will be asked to mail a check for your exhibit fee. Once you have been contacted by phone you will be asked to send a check for $100 payable to the City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, Elk River MN 55330.
