Discover Energy City, its demonstration projects and partners while visiting the Environmental Learning Center. The Learning Center is a 720 square foot classroom attached to the Elk River Landfill-Gas-to-Electric Power Plant. Approximately 50 tour groups visit the Learning Center each year, most of which are students ranging from grade school to graduate level students, however everyone is welcome.
